JANET DIIORIO
Running for:
Ridley Township Ward 8 Commissioner
Janet has lived in Ridley since 1963. She has been involved in local sports over the years as a player, a coach and a league officer, and understands the value and importance of teamwork. Janet recently retired from the Keebler/Kellogg company is ready to give back to her community.

DAN CORCORAN
Running for:
Ridley Township Ward 2 Commissioner
Dan was born and raised in Delaware County. He graduated from Monsignor Bonner in 1992. Throughout his life, Dan has lived all over the county including: Colwyn, Springfield, Media, Drexel Hill and Wallingford. Currently, he resides in the Swarthmore Wood neighborhood of Ridley Township with his fiancé.

FRANK REDDING
Running for:
Ridley/Nether Providence Magisterial Judge
Frank is a licensed, practicing attorney in Delaware County, an adjunct Professor at Delaware County Community College and a former union member and president. For 2 decades, he worked in a "blue collar" profession and climbed his way up through the ranks of every type of job from pipe fitting to wiring complex industrial control systems.
2021 School Board Candidates

MICHAEL HAYSE
Michael and his wife have lived in Ridley Township for the past 23 years and his son is currently a junior in Ridley High School. Michael believes in the power of education to transform and uplift students’ lives. He teaches history at Stockton University and works closely with teachers, including many of his former students who teach in public and parochial schools.

KAYLA COCCI
Kayla has lived in Ridley Township for nine years, currently in the Holmes neighborhood. If elected, Kayla, who will graduate Ridley High School in June 2021, will be the youngest member of the Ridley School Board in history. Kayla is running for school board to be an agent for change and diversity in local politics. She has demonstrated leadership skills and a dedication to public service. Kayla is the founder of the Delaware County Youth Education Alliance, which unites high school students from across the County to make a positive change on issues that impact their lives.

RICH SCHIFFER
Rich is a U.S. Army veteran, father of two Ridley students, and a resident of Ridley School District since he and his wife (a Ridley Grad) married in 1994. A former licensed realtor and a certified paralegal, he currently lives in Ridley Park and serves as a Sunday School Teacher for teens at Swarthmore Friends’ Meeting, where his personal focus has long been on youth empowerment and safety in schools.
